Happy New Year - Prag

LET ME START OFF BY WISHING EVERYONE A HAPPY NEW YEAR! i HOPE ALL YOUR DREAMS WILL COME TRUE IN 2011! :) APROXIMATLZ=Y TWO MONTHS HAVE PASSED SINCE MZ=Y LAST POSTING. tHIS IS QUITE A WHILE AND MY GOAL IS TOSUBMIT ONE POST PER WEEK...MINIMUM. oops caps lock was on... anyway, much hs=as happened in the past two month as you maz have suspected. Ill start in chronilogical org=der. First we went to Prag, this was followed by leon getting a Jack Russle Terrier Puppy, which was followed by a fire in the Wohlmutstrasse (One of Evas appartments that is currently inhabited bz Carina hofer). This was followed bythe winter holidays, followed by my birthday, followed by the new year, comming to the present! As you can see many eventful things have taken place in my life.

Prag- where to start, where to start... We took the train from Vienna to Prag. The city greated us with the first snow fall of this winter. Joy joined us on this thrip because we had noone to care for the creature while we were away. This left us with limited choices - hotel wise that is. We chose a dog friendy hotel right in the city. It was a very nice place with high sealings. It was late by the time of arrival, so Leon, Eva and i walked through the city at dawn and stopped to have a late dinner in an outside resteraunt right next to the church. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The snow slowley fell as we sat in overlooking the church. t=we sipped ourr hot beverages as we sat underneath the heater lamps, enjoyingthe snowfall. The christmas markets were also open at the time enhancing this pleasant atmosphere even more.
The next day we met up with Adisa, a friend of mine from school, and started touringthe city. We joined one of those walking tours of the city.

  1. Hi Sassi, I had almost stopped checking the blog because of your long absence. I guess you have been very busy, and I'm glad to hear that you have set a goal of at least one posting per week! I enjoy hearing about your experiences, but once more I will suggest that you proofread before posting to get rid of typos.

Mom wonders if you were able to use the Amazon e-giftcard she sent for your birthday. It should have come from Amazon.de to your email address. Can you please let us know whether you received it. Kearn said it looked like it had gone through.

We are having the snowiest winter you could imagine. So far, they say we've had more than 56 inches of snow. Yesterday, after another 16-18 inches fell on top of what is already on the ground, and Mom had her 4th school snow day. I love those snow days because I'm not as lonely when she's home. Fortunately, Jill, Mireille, Allen and several neighbors helped us out with snow removal. It's way over my head. Maybe Mom will post a picture of me walking along the sidewalk between the piles of deep snow. If we get one more inch, as is predicted for today and tomorrow, it will be the snowiest January since they started keeping records of such things about 150 years ago.

Another bit of news, our next door neighbors got a St. Bernard puppy named Lily. She is 15 weeks old and already bigger than Sparrow. You should see her feet - it's scary! Mom and all the humans think she's cute, but I'm afraid that she'll step on me and hurt me, so I keep back when she tries to play. Her father weighs 190 lbs., or so they tell me. Why does everyone want to have such large pets, when I'm the perfect size?

Well, I'm going to be watching this blog again since you have promised more updates. Maybe you can Skype Mommy some time, too. She got a webcam for christmas so you can see one another if you talk over the computer.
