Barmherzigen Brüder Hospital

I had an unusual day today. I woke up at 3 AM and wasnt felling well at all. Like the past several months just very weak, dizzy, and fatigued. It was at am extreame so when i got up in the morning at around 7:45 i took a taxi to the hospital to get checked out. For all of you who dont know, in Austria we do t have to pay every time we go the the hospital. They just scan out cards and its practically free (due to a differant health care system than in America). So anyway, im waiting and eventuLly get called to see the doctor. He askes me the standard questions and based on my answers decides to draw blood and get it analyzed in the lab aswell as giving me an infusion of a gatorade like sibstance. It was bright yellow and said Ri on it. I googled it on my phone and all i got was Rhode Island. Well i dot really know what is was but it helped a little. While drawing the blood, as usual, I got stabbed not onl once by the needle, but 5 times. Twice by the elbow area, once in the middle o the arm, and oncein each hand. For me it seems that when it comes to blood, five times a charm! So after this uncomfortable semi painful pricking I got some gattorade injected into me for about one and a half hours. Finally that was over and i waited in the waiting room with 20 other strangers. My name gets called to descuss the findings. I did not go to the previous doctor who examined me befor hand but to the "head doctor of the emergancy room". He asked what i was here for and if the infusion helped. I replied and befor he even started discussing the results he told me that i had a very nice body figure and wanted to know if i would be willing to "model" for the hospital brochers/advertisments. At first i though he was kidding but it turned out he was serious! After i abliged, we went on discussing the results. He told me i have a mild form of amenia and perscribed me medication for me to take every day. After that he politley asked me to wait for the photographer. She came and i posed with the doctors in some photos. Its funny how things so random can happen to you. I mean... Think about it. Your in a hospital with a needle in your hand and the doctor compliments your figure and asks you to pose for him. It reminded me of when we were waiting for the ferry in New Jersey to visit the Statue o Liberty and these Chinese tourist came up to me and started taking pictures. Thy howver did so. Ause they thought i was a hippy!
Anyway so now im outta the hospital and waiting for the pharmacy to open in a half hour to get my meds.
